Free Google Meet consults
Free consults can be cancelled or rescheduled any time before we meet — just reply to your confirmation email so someone else can take the slot.
In-home consult deposits
The $27 deposit that reserves an in-home consult is non-refundable. When we go ahead with working together, it's credited in full toward your first session. If you need to move your consult, email me at least 24 hours ahead and I'll happily carry the deposit over to the new time.
Make Cents of Your Mess class seats
Class seats are refundable up to 48 hours before class starts — email jennifer@27messes.com and I'll refund your card. Inside 48 hours, seats aren't refundable, but you can transfer yours to a friend: just tell me who's coming instead.
Organizing sessions and packages
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or where I'm unable to access the home, may be billed in full. Package balances for completed work aren't refundable.
If I ever need to cancel
If I have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund of anything you've paid for that booking — your choice.
