Last updated September 2026. Your trust matters more than your data — here’s exactly what I collect and why, in plain language.
What I collect
When you book a consultation, register for a class, request an organizing plan, or pay an invoice, I collect the details you share: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and anything you tell me about your home and organizing goals. Payments are processed securely by my payment provider — I never see or store your full card number.
How I use it
Your information is used only to run 27Messes: confirming bookings, sending Google Meet links and calendar invites, preparing for your session, emailing receipts and invoices, and replying to your messages. I may email you about your booking or follow up after a session. I will never sell your information or share it with marketers.
Photos of your space
Before-and-after photos of client spaces are shared only with your explicit permission. You can say no, and you can ask me to take them down at any time.
Where it's stored
Booking details are stored in my secure website database and in my Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Calendar). Both are protected with sign-in security, and access is limited to me.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Just email jennifer@27messes.com and I'll take care of it.
