Booking and payment
Consultations on Google Meet are free. In-home consultations reserve with a $27 non-refundable deposit, which is credited toward your first paid session. Class seats are $27 each and confirmed once payment goes through. Organizing packages are invoiced after we agree on the scope, and invoices are payable online by card.

What organizing includes (and doesn't)
27Messes provides organizing guidance and hands-on organizing services. I don't provide cleaning, hauling, or disposal services, and I don't make decisions about your belongings without you. Any donation or selling of items happens with your approval.
In your home
For in-home sessions, you're responsible for letting me know about anything I should be aware of (pets, parking, building rules, fragile items). I'll treat your home and belongings with care, and I carry the appropriate coverage for working in clients' homes.
The free organizing plan
The personalized plan generated on this site is a starting point created with the help of AI. It's general guidance, not a substitute for an in-person assessment, and results depend on your space and follow-through.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to book after a change means you accept the updated terms.
